      Required Minimum Take Home Pay (THP)  At least 10% of salary (Active Employee)
    Approval from Meralco Payroll (Pensioner)
    Subject for Company Policy (Subsidiaries and Affiliates)
    RequirementsAccomplished MEMABA Loan Application Form certified by G-3 head

    Computation of Take Home Pay (THP)

    Co-maker (same pay grade level or higher)

    A photocopy of the registered Death Certificate
      Notes:  May be applied within a period of one (1) month from the date of death.
